Maximising ROI at the LME Global Conference... 19 October 2010

 Earlier this year The Theory produced a stand out brand / education film for the prestigious London Metal Exchange. After being bowled over by the positive feedback on the film, the LME came back to The Theory this month looking for a similarly high-end conference opener to kick start their annual global metals conference held at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in London.

Looking to maximise the LME's initial ROI, we suggested using the footage filmed for the brand film and recutting a short yet powerful opener to play to the delegates. We told the LME's story and highlighted some of the LME's amazing stats by using simple on screen graphics, and used cut downs of the key interviews to convey how the LME is seen by those that use the exchange.

Following the conference on October 11th, the response to the opener has been incredible. Stephen White, Business Manager Corporate Affairs at the LME, said "It went down really well. Lots of people have commented on what a great opening to the conference it provided."
